I am currently in network with Regence BCBS* and the ASH Network (Cigna, Providence, Aetna, etc), but coverage varies depending on your plan.

*Please note that I am not an in network provider for the High Performance Network (HPN) plans with Regence BCBS. These include, but are not limited to the: Legacy Network, OHSU Plus Network, and PeaceHealth Network

I always recommend calling your insurance company ahead of time to verify that I am in network with your specific plan and that you have coverage for massage therapy.

I am also able to bill insurance for Injury/Accident Claims (MVA, WC, PIP Coverage).

In order to be able to bill insurance I am not able to offer a sliding scale pricing model. However, I do work with a local company to provide some more affordable options via their site.

Pricing is set to honor my contractual obligations with the insurance companies I am in network with.

I do offer a time of service discount for wellness sessions that will not be billed to insurance.

I offer a wide chair without arms in my treatment room and table width extenders are standard on my table. I also am able to provider wider top sheets and blankets if ever needed or preferred.
