Hi, I’m Milo albright

I have a deep and lifelong interest in bodywork and the healing arts, which began at a young age and continues to this day. I utilize an intuitive and holistic treatment style that draws from many modalities; including craniosacral, structural integration, swedish massage and visceral manipulation. Treatments are rooted in the practice of listening to the body and responding intuitively as a practitioner . I believe that the journey towards health is not a one-way-fits-all road. Instead I use a dynamic and changing toolkit to support whomever comes in for treatment, wherever they are at. In this way all are welcome, and no part of us is left out.

I have a passion for supporting people through their injury and health process from the acute stage to chronic. This includes and is not limited to stress management, auto injury, sports injury, post-surgical care, and brain injury. I believe somatic connection and emotional health is just as important as structural health for resolving pain symptoms, and that effective treatment should reflect this. I have over a decade of experience working with traumatic injury and chronic pain. The resources for health and rejuvenation are contained inside of us, my intention is to create an environment where those resources can emerge. That’s what innerbody wellness is all about. Innerbody Wellness is LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent owned, trauma informed, and size affirming.

In my free time I can be found doing Kung Fu, reading a book, or wandering in woods looking for a good tree to gander at.
